The Wholesale Business Solutions – Business Partner Solutions Group is seeking an action oriented individual with the desire to meaningfully impact the organization by significantly contributing to the achievement of the group’s strategic goals and objectives. Business Partner Solutions provides digital/software product management services across Wholesale for compliance, sales, and productivity tools. The role requires strong business acumen skills coupled with foundational understanding of technology concepts and delivery.
This role will be responsible for supporting the Data / Controls function for Wholesale Customer Due Diligence (CDD) tools which includes:
Guiding Principles:
Operating in coordination with other data teams under clearly defined principles
Ensuring that CDD data across the tools eco system is consistent and meets regulatory scrutiny
Setting up a collaborative model with appropriate feedback channels across data teams
Implementing clear levels of engagement with other functions
Responsible For:
Owning and maintaining inventory of data quality rules
Owning and maintaining data dictionaries
Identifying areas of overlap across data teams and coordinate efforts to avoid redundancy and confusion
Defining, documenting, and understanding data within Wholesale CDD Tools
Ensuring CDD Tools adherence to defined data standards
Bringing Results By:
Providing transparency and accountability for monitoring and fixing of data issues
Improving data quality and consistency across the CDD platform
Driving the standardization of data used in CDD programs
Building Data specific SME knowledge
Improving and continually refining data quality rules
Helping to support BAU sustainability of the CDD Program
Desired Qualifications
• BSA/AML subject matter expertise
• Data Analytics / Data Controls
• Developing and implementing prioritization frameworks for complex initiatives
• Previous experience working on large scale process / technology implementations
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with Clarity, JIRA, or equivalent
• Exceptional analytical skills focused on problem solving and process improvement in a rapidly changing environment
